At Ever After Stories, we send every letter with care through trusted postal services. Please review the following shipping policy before subscribing:
1. Carriers We Use

All shipments start with Canada Post who then transfers to your country, i.e. US address start with Canada Post but are delivered to you by USPS

For international customers, delivery may depend on local postal services once the item enters your country.
2. Delivery Times

Letters are mailed twice per month as part of your subscription.

While most letters arrive within normal postal timeframes, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to possible postal delays outside our control.

Delivery speed may vary by location and season.
3. Delays & Missing Mail

Because we rely on Canada Post and USPS, Ever After Stories cannot warrant on-time or guaranteed deliveries.

If a letter goes missing, we will re-ship the missing installment at no additional cost to you.

Please note: re-shipped letters may arrive out of order or overlap with your next scheduled delivery. While this may affect the reading sequence, you will always receive the full set of letters by the end of your subscription.
4. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring mailing addresses are correct at the time of purchase.

We cannot provide free re-shipping if an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout.
5. International Orders

Delivery outside Canada and the U.S. may take longer due to customs or local postal delays.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes required by their country.
