These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ever After Stories website and subscription services. By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscription Service

  • Ever After Stories delivers storytelling experiences through letters mailed directly to your door.

  • Subscriptions typically include 24 letters, sent twice per month over the course of one year (unless otherwise specified).

  • Each subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Payments

  • Payment is required at the time of subscription or order.

  • We accept payments through secure third-party payment processors.

  • Once payment has been processed, it is non-refundable (see Section 4).

3. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.

  • Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only. If payment has already been processed, no refund will be issued for that period.

4. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds on subscriptions, products, or services once payment has been processed.

  • If you cancel after payment, you will continue to receive your letters for the billing period already paid.

​

5. Bound Book Option

  • At the end of the 12-month subscription for The Imagination Letters (children’s series), you may opt to purchase a personalized bound book containing the full completed story.

  • Bound books are an optional add-on and require an additional fee.

  • To be eligible for the bound book, you must have completed the full 12-month subscription.

6. Shipping

  • Letters are mailed via standard postal services. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal delays outside our control.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by mail carriers or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

7. Personalization

  • Some series (such as The Imagination Letters) allow for personalization with a recipient’s name or other details.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all personalization details are accurate at the time of order.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including letters, designs, images, and stories, is the property of Ever After Stories and protected under copyright law.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without prior written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
